Why we register by the term, not the month
Players improve fastest on a stable team. When the same group trains together for six months, coaches can plan in blocks, build on last week’s session and give every player fair minutes, instead of re-teaching basics to a roster that changes each month.
For families it is simpler too: one registration, one payment, no monthly bills to track and no wondering whether your spot will still be there next month.
Cost should not keep anyone off the field. If fees are a barrier, see financial assistance for Jumpstart, KidSport and Their Opportunity grants, which are paid straight to the club.
FAQ / Questions
Pricing questions.
Can we pay monthly?
No. All programs are registered and paid by the 6-month term. It keeps teams together for the whole term and keeps things simple for families.
What does a term cover?
One 6-month term of the program you choose, at Kittiwake Park in Stittsville. Your player stays with the same group and coaches for the whole term.
How do Academy players register?
Academy is tryout-based. Book a tryout first; if your player is offered a spot, you register for the term in Play 2 Earn.
Is there help with the cost?
Yes. Jumpstart, KidSport Ottawa and Their Opportunity can each help with registration fees. See financial assistance for how to apply, in confidence.
